I help people transform from the inside out—starting with the nervous system and the stories we tell ourselves.

My work blends neuroscience, somatic healing, and intuitive guidance. As a certified Holobody Coach and EMCC Global practitioner, I support clients using proven tools rooted in behavior change science, while also integrating energy work, mindfulness, breath, sound, and emotional regulation techniques.

My passion is helping others get unstuck—mentally, emotionally, and energetically—so they can live with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

That’s how I got here

My journey into transformation coaching began with my own challenges. After facing life-altering health issues, including long COVID that affected my brain, I had to relearn how to function and regain my mental and physical strength. Through my exploration of neuroplasticity, mindfulness, and holistic healing, I discovered the power of the mind to heal and transform. These experiences pushed me to dive deeper into personal development, and I’ve since dedicated myself to studying how we can use the connection between our brain and body to improve every aspect of our lives.

Having faced my own obstacles, I know how overwhelming life can be. But I also know that with the right tools and mindset, lasting transformation is possible. Now, I’m committed to guiding others along their own paths of healing and personal growth, using the very strategies that changed my life.
